Our silent alarm system begins with a unique wearable. A lightweight comfortable bone conduction headset delivers alarm audio to the right staff member; and confirms that the headset is worn using our patented technology.
Presence DetectionThe wearable has buttons to accept or reject alarm responsibility. Alarms remain silent when responsibility is accepted. Staff can receive and manage the alarm audio remotely, allowing better task sequencing.
Improved Task ManagementThe MindWave interface unit determines its own location, and the staff responsible for alarm notifications for that location. Its a seamless process, that does not require user input for device location.
SElf locatingAlarms noise is avoided when all requirements are met - and only then. In all other cases, alerts occur traditionally- just as they do now. An alarming device must be stationary in a known location with an available and confirmed responsible staff member who accepts responsibility. In all other cases, the traditional alarm will sound.
Audio FailsafeThe MindWave system records alarm events and actions for quality analysis and improvement. The unified alarm environment and chain of responsibility create opportunities for new insight into problem solving.
